By booking a service with Touched by Nissi, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking and Appointments:
All appointments must be made through our booking app. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation notice.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee of 10%, clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations will incur a full-service charge.
Arriving on time ensures you receive your complete service. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service duration, with full fees still applicable.
Deposits and Payments:
A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your appointment, which will be applied to the final service cost.
Full payment is due at the end of the service. We accept [list accepted payment methods].
Service Pricing:
Prices shown are base rates and may vary based on hair length, thickness, customization, or additional services.
Customized services, including specialized wig creations and complex hair treatments, may incur additional costs, which will be communicated before the service begins.
Travel Fees:
A travel fee may apply for appointments located outside a 5 to 20 -mile radius from my Home Location. This fee will be determined at the time of booking.
> If I’ll be using your hotel’s car park during our appointment, please select this option to cover parking costs. This helps avoid delays and ensures a smooth visit.
Consultations and Patch Tests:
For hair treatments and coloring services, a patch test may be required at least 48 hours before the appointment to prevent allergic reactions.
Consultations are recommended for first-time clients to identify the best service and products for their needs.
Liability and Aftercare:
Touched by Nissi is not liable for any damage or dissatisfaction resulting from clients not following the recommended aftercare instructions.
We are not responsible for any allergies or reactions that were not disclosed prior to the service. Please inform your stylist of any allergies or sensitivities in advance.
Wig Orders and Custom Services:
Custom wig orders require a 70% deposit, which becomes non-refundable once the order process has started.
Production timelines for wigs and custom hairpieces will be provided at the time of order. Clients will be promptly informed of any delays due to supplier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Photo and Video Consent:
Photos and videos may be taken during the service for promotional purposes. Clients who prefer not to be included should inform the stylist before the appointment.

Force Majeure:
Touched by Nissi is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen events such as severe weather, illness, or other emergencies.
Revisions and Amendments:
Touched by Nissi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be informed of any significant changes to these terms and conditions.
